What the service is

This app is a personal reminder tool. You record your subscriptions manually and it warns you before each renewal, on the days you choose. The goal is to let you decide consciously — keep it or cancel it — before you are charged.

What the service does not do

The app cancels no subscription on your behalf. It does not contact service providers (Netflix, Adobe, or others), does not negotiate with them, and does not stop any charge. It does not connect to your bank, read your transactions, or import your invoices automatically. Cancelling is an action you take yourself with the service provider.

Data accuracy is your responsibility

The app relies entirely on what you enter. If you record a wrong renewal date or a wrong amount, the reminders and statistics will be wrong accordingly. Review your data periodically, especially after any price change.

Your data lives on your device

Your data is stored on your device only, and you are responsible for your device and your backups. If you lose your device or delete the app without exporting a backup, we cannot recover your data — we never had it.

Limits of liability

Reminders are scheduled by your device’s notification system and may fail to arrive for reasons beyond our control: notifications blocked on your device, Focus or Do Not Disturb modes, the system closing background apps, or a technical fault. The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any amount charged to you, nor for any financial or non-financial loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including a reminder that fails to arrive.

Plans and payment

The core pre-renewal reminder is included in the free plan and will never be placed behind a paywall — this is a commitment we will not walk back. The paid plan adds greater capacity, reminders on multiple days, and extended statistics. Paid subscriptions are managed by the app store you downloaded from (Apple or Google), and refunds follow that store’s policy, not ours.

Your use of the app

You agree to use the app for its intended purpose and not to tamper with its mechanisms or use it in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its code are owned by its developer, Maher Almutairi. The data you enter belongs to you, and you may export or delete it at any time.

Ending use

You may delete your data or the app itself at any time, without giving a reason. We may stop developing or modify the app; since it runs locally, it will keep working on your device even if development stops.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute shall be heard before its competent courts.
